I had a lovely lunch at Ciao Bella Cafe, in the point. We were celebrating Kirsty from Mint birthday. Best pizza in town. Out back in the courtyard this is what i found. Love the derelict walls.

Room with a view

I have recently moved studio again!! I have been a bit of a gypsey this year. Anyway I am very happy in my new spot, which is in the courtyard at the back of Earthmother Organic, in Bulwer Rd, Durban. This is the view from my studio. Well, wouldn't you be happy if this was your view in the middle of a city.

Flowers

 

Beautiful flowers for inspiration. I love these flowers, they are indigenous to South Africa. The pincushion (top) were at the flower sellers (he very kindly let me take a photo). The other is an aloe that I drive past on my way home from my mums. They are really the most gorgeous coral colour, my pic doesn't really capture that at all. It is still lovely!
